Tammy and Caleb’s rehab centre wedding day played out during the 1000lb Sisters season four finale last Tuesday night on TLC.

Despite having the “perfect” wedding day, TLC reality star Tammy Slaton is apparently feeling “frustrated” at her new husband Caleb Willingham just months into the marriage. The couple tied the knot last year, but their special day only just aired on the latest episode of 1000lb Sisters.

Tammy and rehab romance Caleb actually got married in the treatment centre they were temporarily living in during their stints there.

The couple’s wedding was even officiated by the pair’s care home nurse Billy.

It took place in November last year and the special ceremony played out on Tuesday as part of the 1000lb Sisters season four finale.

Around 30 guests, including close friends and the entire Slaton family, attended Tammy and Caleb’s big day – and everything seemed to go to plan.

“There was so much love in the room,” Tammy told PEOPLE at the time. “Our wedding day was perfect… I literally married my best friend.”

But since the special day, she has moved into her own home, leaving Caleb behind as he continues his treatment at the rehab centre.

Despite being “sad her husband isn’t with her”, insiders are saying that the newlyweds are now “arguing” with each other.

“She is frustrated Caleb has not made an effort to move to a facility in Kentucky from Ohio,” claimed a source, suggesting Tammy wants Caleb closer to her.

“They have been arguing because she feels he is not handling the transfer with urgency,” they told The US Sun.

Before claiming she was “p****d” at Caleb, they added: “She feels as if she is single again.”

Tammy seemingly wants Caleb near her two-bedroom home in Kentucky so the pair can begin their married lives together.

The wedding episode came with criticism of Tammy’s sister Amy as fans said she was trying to “steal the spotlight” throughout the day.
